摘要
:文章认为高等农业教育管理体制改革的走向是高等农业院校的区域化和地方化 ,对高等农业院校区域化和地方化的内涵进行了界定 ,阐述了其必然性 。
In this article, the author thinks that the regionalization and localization of higher agricultural colleges and universities is the trend of the reform of administrative system in higher agricultural education. The thesis defined its signifigation, expouded its necessity, and invesitigated how to regionalize and localize higher agricultural colleges and universities in the near future and at a specified future date.
