摘要
为解决工业生产过程中有害物扩散引起的职业安全与健康问题,基于龙卷风强劲的旋流场及抽吸能力,提出利用人造龙卷风控制有害物扩散的设想,通过数值模拟与试验,研究不同吹吸流量比对龙卷风的形成、动力特性的影响以及利用人造龙卷风来控制有害物扩散的规律,获得形成理想人造龙卷风的主要参数——最佳吹吸流量比。结果表明:在理想参数下,用所设计的人造龙卷风发生装置可以成功诱导出作用范围和旋流强度可控的人造龙卷风,并用其强劲的卷吸能力控制有害物,防止有害物扩散。
To solve the problem of occupation safety and health cause by produce process, an idea of con- trolling diffusion of noxious substance using artificial tornado is proposed. An artificial tornado generating device was made proposed base on characters of tornado own driving vortex field and pump capacity. By numerical simulation and experiment research, the influence of flow ratio of supplied air to suction on gen- eration of artificial tornado and dynamic characteristics of the device were studied. The optimal flow ratio of supplied air to suction for generating artificial tornado was obtained. Results show that an artificial tornado with controllable range and intensity can be smoothly induced using the device, and that the artificial tor- nado can availably control diffusion of noxious substance.
