摘要
历史文化遗产是人类智慧的结晶,河南留存丰富的历史文化遗产,但是在保护和开发过程中存在很多问题。借鉴日本、英国等国家的先进保护经验,为促进河南历史文化遗产的可持续发展提供政策建议。
