摘要
唐代弹劾文是唐代监察制度与文学结合而形成的奇葩。唐代文学研究中对弹劾文的研究几乎是空白,究其原因,盖因学术界对于古代文体的研究相对不足,弹劾文本身也不是一种纯文学性的文体。从更为开阔的视野看,唐代弹劾文兼应用性、文学性于一体,有着独特的文体学价值:弹劾文不仅有成熟的体式结构,也有相应的语言结构。弹劾文的起草体现着法律的尊严,甚至上升到国家意志,任何单纯的文学写作都无法与之比拟,唐代弹劾的动机、过程、专用服饰都充盈着浓浓的艺术精神。弹劾文不但对唐代文学风气、士子生活产生一定影响,而且在文体内部对于后代的叙事文学形式也产生了一些影响,唐代弹劾文研究具有特殊的文化与文学意义。
Impeachment article was a flower that Tang monitoring system combined with literature.In the literature re-search of Tang dynasty,Impeachment article was hardly empty.The reason was that academia was inadequate to “literary genre”（文体）,impeachment article was not pure literary genre.But from a more open research vision,it was a long histo-ry literary genre.It not only has the type structure of mature,also has the language structure of corresponding.Draft arti-cle of impeachment embodies the dignity of the law,even up to the will of the state;any simple literature writing can not match;the impeachment of the motivation,process,special clothing are filling a deep artistic spirit.In the Tang dynas-ty,Impeachment article and applied literature were in one,and had an impact on literature of the Tang dynasty and schol-ar’s life.
