摘要
本文探讨衍射计量中用记录固定点衍射强度来接收信号时固定点位置的选择。作者提出应选择在Sinθ=(n±1/4)λ/ω处,且n取小值为好。
In this paper we discuss how to locate the position of the constant point,where the intensity of diffractional light is recorded. The location suggested is that sinθ=(n±1/4)λ/ω and n is preferablly taken a smaller value.
