摘要
本文在讨论激光衍射计量原理的基础上,提出了一种实用的激光衍射测量系统,并给出了几种应用该系统进行测试的实例。文章提供了实测的结果数据,分析了实际测试精度,指出该技术在生产和科研上的应用前景。
Based on introduction to the principle of laser diffraction measurement, the practical system for laser diffraction measurement is proposed. Some measuring examples and results are presented, the accuracy of the method has been identified. The prospect of the technology applied to the production and research work has been discussed.
