摘要
特异性免疫治疗是花粉症治疗的诸多方法中唯一针对病因的治疗,长期以来皮下注射一直是花粉症治疗的主要方法。近年来,随着人们对花粉症研究的不断深入,实验技术的不断提高,对花粉症的特异性免疫治疗又有了新的进展。该文将着重对花粉症特异性免疫治疗方法,如皮下注射、舌下含服、口服、淋巴注射等的新进展进行综述,并简要评价各种方法的安全性。
In the various treatments of the pollinosis, specific immunotherapy is the only treatment against etiology. For a long time subcutaneous injection has been the main treatment. In recent years, with the deepening of the research and the development of the technology, specific immunotherapy has made new progress. Here is to make a review of the advancement and safety in specific immunotherapy of polinosis, such as subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, oral immunotherapy, and intralymphatic allergen-specific immunotheranv.
