摘要
通过对西安地铁1号线列车的车钩缓冲装置在不同工况下吸能性能的仿真计算,总结出西安地铁1号线车辆在不同的速度工况下发生列车碰撞时车钩缓冲装置的缓冲器行程、压馈管行程等指标计算值。与碰撞试验的有关指标对比可知,仿真计算结果是有参考价值的。
Based on the practical running of Xi ' an metro Line 1 vehicles,a mathematical model is established,the vehicle coupling buffer device in different conditions of energy absorption performance is calculated and simulated,including the damage of coupler buffer device in different train speed collisions.This simulation verifies the reliability and safety of the vehicle couplers used on Xi'an metro Line 1,and the simulation result provides a useful reference in the selection of coupler buffer device.
