摘要
目的评价尼卡地平注射剂在治疗非心脏外科手术围手术期高血压中的疗效以及安全性。方法 64例非心脏外科手术合并高血压的患者,以2~10 g/kg/min静脉滴注或泵入,观察患者用药后的血压及心率的变化。结果 10 min中时患者血压明显下降,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,60 min时患者血压基本降为正常值,对心率无明显影响,治疗过程中未见严重不良反应。结论尼卡地平注射剂治疗非心脏外科手术围手术期高血压是安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of nicardipine infusion in the treatment of perioperative hypertension for non-cardiac surgerypatients. Methods 64 non-cardiac surgery patients combined with hypertension received the treatment of nicardipine at the dose of 2 ~ 10 g / kg / min,intravenous drip or pumped into,recordthe blood pressure and heart rate ofthem after they were treatedwith nicardipine. Results 10min after been treated with nicardipine,blood pressure of the patients decreasedsignificantly（ P 0. 05）,and back to normal range at the time point one hour after treatment. And nicardipine present no obvious effect on heart rate,none serious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusions Intravenous infusion of nicardipine was effective and safe for treating hypertension for non-cardiac surgerypatients.
