摘要
应用光纤传感技术设计一种新型光纤传感器。该传感器可用于表面粗糙度和微小位移的非接触测量。本文论述了其对微位移的测量。在该传感器特有的“零”工作点对信号采用差分放大处理,能实现对微位移的非接触测量,并具有纳米(10^(-?)m)级的分辨率。
A new type of optical fiber sensor has been designed. It can be used for the non-contact measurement of surface roughness and micro-displacement. This paper deals with the later one. The sensor has a specific 'zero' point, When signal is amplified around this point by a differential amplifier, it makes it possible for the sensor to realize the non-contact measurement of micro-displacement with nanometer resolution.
