摘要
电力市场环境下,如何公平合理地进行网损分摊是市场各参与方十分关注的难点问题。针对电力市场中的网损分摊问题做了两部分研究:首先将网损分摊问题转化为运筹学中的多目标规划问题,应用优化方法证明比例分摊原则的合理性;其次为了合理分摊线路上的网损,利用图论中有向图理论和组合矩阵中幂序列的基本性质提出了域的定义及算法,然后在此基础上结合交叉项问题提出了一种基于有向图的网损分摊算法,并通过仿真运算说明了该方法的合理性及可行性。
In the electricity market environment, how to realize fairness and reasonable loss allocation is a difficult is- sues issue market participants are much concerned about. In this paper, the net loss allocation in the electricity market is divided into two parts. Firstly, loss allocation problem is transformed into a multiple objective programming problem in operations research. Based on the optimization methods, a proof of the rationality of the proportional sharing princi- ple is also given. Then, in order to reasonably allocate the loss on the line, graph theory and the power sequence of ma- trix combinations are used to give the definition and algorithm of domain. And then on this basis, a cross-question loss allocation algorithm for domain-based network is given and the algorithm flow chart is also presented. Finally, the ra- tionality and feasibility of the method is illustrated according to simulation.
