威海某地区水貂阿留申病的诊断与调查 被引量:8

摘要 选取威海某地区的两个水貂场作为抽样样本,取得疑似阿留申病毒致死的病死貂和2 000多个水貂的血液样品,检测该地区水貂阿留申病的阳性率。对病死貂的视诊和病理剖检,对病貂做出临床诊断。将血液样本进行碘凝集试验和对流免疫电泳试验,完成该地区水貂阿留申病的检测调查。结果显示,威海某地区阿留申病的阳性检出率为70%以上,表明威海地区水貂阿留申病的流行情况非常严重。 Some suspected virus lethal Aleutian minks and more than 2 000 blood samples were obtained in some areas the two mink farm in Weihai. By visual examination of the dead mink and pathological examination, mink disease clinical diagnosis was maded, the positive rate in the region Aleutian Mink Disease were detected simultaneously. The blood samples were carried out to detect by iodine agglutination Test and by couter immunoeleetropheresis (CIEP), to investigate the area to complete the detection of Aleutian Mink Disease. The results showed that some region of Weihai Aleutian disease positive rate of 70% or more and Aleutian Mink Disease was very serious in Weihai.
