摘要
应用阿留申病对流免疫电泳（ＡＤ·ＣＩＥＰ）法，历时３年，对正常饲养的貂群逐月（每年７～１２月）进行检测，揭示了ＡＤ抗体在水貂体内的消长规律，提出了适合我国国情的，以ＡＤ·ＣＩＥＰ法一年一次性普检ＡＤ貂的最佳时机，并首次发现了大批ＡＤ抗体阳性貂的长期阴转现象，从而为本病的免疫预防的可能性提供了科学依据。
The growth and decline law of AD antibody in mink was revealed by using ADCIEP methods to examine the mink herd under normal breeding conditions from July toDecember annuaIly for three years.The optimum time of general survey of AD minksonce a vear with AD CIEP was advanced to be suitable for situation of China.And itwas first found that there existed a phenomenon of long-term negative reaction to ADyantigen in a large number of minks with positive AD antibodyl thus this perhaps cont-ributed a scientific basis to immunize and prevent Aleutian disease.
