摘要
以白粉菌15号生理小种感染抗、感白粉病春小麦为对象,通过细胞学观察发现,白粉菌在抗病春小麦上发育畸形,有分瓣型和纤细型附着胞出现,并发现细胞质凝集和过敏性坏死等现象。研究结果为从细胞学角度分析小麦抗白粉特性提供了一种有用方法。
The valving and slender appresorium were observed and cytoplasm agglomerated, hypersensitive reaction appeared in seedling leaves of resistance spring wheat after infection of Bgt. The results may be useful for identification of wheat resistant to powdery mildew.
