摘要
目的探讨波姆红外光联合中药治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床疗效。方法 66例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组予以波姆红外光治疗,B组予以逍遥散加减治疗,C组予以波姆红外光联合逍遥散加减治疗,比较三组的临床疗效。结果 A、B、C三组的治疗总有效率依次为84.4%、78.1%、100.0%,HPV转阴率依次为62.5%、68.8%、93.8%,C组的治疗有效率及HPV转阴率均显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05),A组与B组间无明显差异(P>0.05);三组不良反应率分别为12.5%、6.2%、9.4%,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论波姆红外光联合中药治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染具有显著疗效,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bohm infrared ray combined with chinese medicine for the treatment of HPV infection with chronic cervicitis. Methods 66 cases of chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection were randomly divided into 3 groups of A, B, C.The group A received bohm infrared ray therapy, group B received Xiaoyaosan plus or minus,group C received bohm infrared ray combined with Xiaoyaosan,the clinical efficacy of 3 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group A, B, C were 84.4%, 78.1%, 100.0%, HPV seroconversion rates were 62.5%, 68.8%, 93.8%,the effective rate and HPV seroconversion rate in group C were significantly higher than that in group A and group B（P 〈 0.05）, there were no significant difference between group A and group（P 〉 0.05）; the adverse reaction rates were 12.5%, 6.2%, 9.4%, all were significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Bohm infrared ray combined with chinese medicine for the treatment of HPV infection combined with chronic cervicitis has significant efficacy, adverse reactions, should be widely applied.
