摘要
目的研究除湿解毒汤联合西药经阴道给药治疗宫颈高危HPV(HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法纳入宫颈HRHPV感染患者134例,随机分为2组:观察组(n=67)应用除湿解毒汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓经阴道给药,对照组(n=67)仅予以重组人干扰素α-2b栓经阴道给药,对比2组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为94.03%(63/67),较对照组的77.61%(52/67)提高(P<0.05);治疗后2组的中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低较对照组更为明显;观察组的中医证候疗效总有效率为98.51%(66/67),较对照组的88.06%(59/67)提高(P<0.05);治疗后2组的HR-HPV DNA病毒载量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);观察组的HPV转阴率为73.13%(49/67),较对照组的43.28%(29/67)提高(P<0.05)。结论湿解毒汤联合西药经阴道给药治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染疗效确切,较单纯西医治疗在临床症状体征改善及去除HPV方面更具优势。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dehumidifying Detoxification decoction combined with western medicine plugged the vagina in treatment of cervical high risk HPV（ HR-HPV） infection. Methods A total of 134 cases of patients with HR-HPV infection were randomly divided into 2 groups： the observation group（ n = 67） received Dehumidifying Detoxification decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b plugged the vagina,the control group（ n = 67） received recombinant human interferon α-2b plugged the vagina only,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94. 03%（ 63 /67）,was higher than 77. 61%（ 52 /67） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the TCM score in the 2 groups were decreased than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group was lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in observation group was 98. 51%（ 66 /67）,was higher than 88. 06%（ 59 /67） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the HR-HPV DNA viral load in the 2 groups were decreased than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the observation group was lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; The HPV overcast rate in observation group was 73. 13%（ 49 /67）,lower than43. 28%（ 29 /67） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dehumidifying Detoxification Decoction combined with western medicine plugged the vagina in treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection has curative effect,it has the advantage in improve the clinical symptoms and scavenge HPV compared with western medicine treatment only.
