摘要
目的分析实施妇幼卫生工作绩效前后荔湾区孕产妇保健管理的情况，为完善公共卫生管理职能、提高孕产妇保健管理工作提供依据。方法对2008～2010年、2011～2013年的荔湾区孕产妇保健工作报表进行回顾性分析。结果实施妇幼卫生工作绩效考核实施方案后，荔湾区户籍人口的指标保持平稳，孕产妇死亡率、孕期中重度贫血发生率有下降，低出生体重儿发生率较高；非户籍人口的指标虽有波动，但孕产妇死亡率、围产儿死亡率、孕期中重度贫血发生率有下降。结论妇幼卫生工作绩效考核有成效，但应继续加强非户籍人口孕产妇保健管理，应针对非户籍人口制定相应措施以保障非户籍人口孕产妇能获取孕期及产后的保健服务，达到孕产妇保健管理普及全人群的公共服务均等化。
Objective Analyzed the current situations of healthcare management of the pregnant women in Liwan District before and after the performance appraisal of the health work for maternal and child,to provide evidence to improve public heahhcare management functions and to enhance the work of health management of the pregnant women. Methods Retrospective analysis the report form of heahhcare for pregnant women from 2008 to 2010 and from 2011to 2013. Results After the performance appraisal of the health work for maternal and child,the index of the city residents pregnant keep stable,the rate of maternal mortalily and the incidence rate of moderate and severe in pregnant were felled,the incidence of low birth weight infants was higher;the index of the non-local pregnant women didn＇t keep stable,but the rate of maternal mortalily, the rate of perinatal mortality and the incidence rate of moderate and severe in pregnant were felled. Conclusion The performance appraisal of the health work for maternal and child were effective,but the management work for the non-local pregnant women need to be strengthened,the measures need to be draw up for the non-local population to make sure them can get the care from pregnant to postpartum, the public services are equalization such as every pregnant women can get the heahhcare.
