摘要
目的探讨桡骨远端骨折应用切开复位T形钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取60例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,按照患者就诊顺序编号将其分为实验组与对照组,每组患者30例,实验组患者行切开复位T形钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者行手法闭合复位小夹板外固定治疗,观察两组患者骨折愈合情况,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组优良率达90.0%,对照组优良率为86.7%;两组术后掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨轴向缩短长度均控制在合理范围内,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论切开复位T形钢板内固定治疗法与手法复位外固定治疗法临床效果相近,但是内固定法对桡骨远端不稳定骨折治疗中具有更为显著的临床效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of open reduction with T-shape plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods 60 patients with the distal radius fracture were chosen as research objects and they were divided into the experiment group and control group according to the sequential number of diagnosis, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the experiment group received the treatment of open reduction with T-shape plate internal fixation, while patients in the control group received the treatment of closed reduction with T-shape plate external fixation. The fracture healing of two groups was observed and clinical effect was compared. Results The good rate in the experiment group was 90.0%, with the one of 86.7% in the control group. The palmar tilt, radial inclination and radial shortening in two groups were controlled within the reasonable scope after the operation, without any statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of open reduction with T-shape plate internal fixation is similar with the one of closed reduction with T-shape plate external fixation, but the internal fixation is critical significance in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture.
