桡骨远端骨折钢板内固定与外固定架固定的疗效比较 被引量：13

摘要 目的对桡骨远端骨折钢板内固定与外固定架固定的疗效进行比较。方法回顾性分析比较2006年7月至2010年1月手术治疗的63例桡骨远端骨折,分别采用切开复位T形钢板内固定和闭合复位外固定架固定治疗。通过X线片测量复位前后,临床愈合时的掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨轴向缩短长度进行比较。按改良Shea等评定法进行疗效比较。结果对于桡骨远端不稳定骨折,切开复位T形钢板内固定疗效和闭合复位外固定架固定无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对桡骨远端不稳定骨折,两种治疗方法均可采用,建议首先考虑闭合复位外固定架固定。
