肝脏多发脾种植一例

摘要 患者 男，33岁。发现左肝占位20天人院。患者因上腹不适1年余至外院就诊，外院MR永肝内多发占位性病变，考虑肝结核或炎性假瘤可能性大。入院体检：一般情况良好。左腹部胸骨旁线见一长约20cm纵行手术瘢痕。腹软，无压痛、反跳痛及包块，肝区无叩击痛，移动性浊音阴性，肠呜音无亢进。患者曾干18年前凶外伤致脾破裂行脾切除术并行自体血回输，
