摘要
患者31岁，因经期腹痛19年，加重3个月，发现盆腔肿物4d收入院。患者平素月经规律，原发性痛经19年。近3个月痛经加重，需服止痛药。13年前因车祸脾破裂，在外院行“脾切除术”，手术情况不详。孕6产1。入院身体检查：生命体征平稳，腹软，无压痛。
