摘要
对棉属A ,D ,G 3个染色体组合成的四元杂种 [(亚×比 )× (陆×夏 ) ]F1的植物形态性状和花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体行为进行了观察。结果表明 ,杂种F1变化最大的是花器 ,遗传了比克氏棉的红花基部有紫红大斑的性状 ;减数分裂染色体的构型为 2n =52 =35.62Ⅰ +6.13Ⅱ +0 .38Ⅲ+0 .12Ⅳ ,并且染色体在后期Ⅰ向两极分开的时候 ,出现了染色体“桥’
The morphological characters and the meiosic chromosome behavior of pollen mother cells of the quardrispecific hybrid[( Gossypium arboreum×G bickii)×(G bickii)×(G hirsutum×G tomentosum)] were studied. In morphological characters, the flower of hybrid F 1 inherited pink flower traits with purplish red from G bickii. Chromosome configuration at metaphase 1 was 35.62Ⅰ+6.13Ⅱ+0.38Ⅲ+0.12Ⅳ. In anaphase 1, chromosome bridge appeared.
