摘要
对四元杂种 [(亚洲棉×比克氏棉 )× (陆地棉×夏威夷棉 ) ]F1的形态性状、花粉母细胞减数分裂情况进行研究 ,结果表明 ,F1变异最大的是花 ,遗传了比克氏棉的红花基部有紫红大斑的性状。花粉母细胞在减数分裂时 ,大多染色体不能联会配对 ,而以单价体的形式存在 ,并且染色体在后期 向两极分开的时候 ,形成了染色体“桥”。末期 形成的 4分孢子数占 1 9.58%,其中 4个基本一样大的仅占 6.2 9%,因而形成的花粉粒大多没有生活力 。
The sterility of the quardrispecific hybrid [( Gossypium arboreum × \{G.bickii\})×(G.hirsutum×G.tomentosum )] was studied in this paper.In morphological characters,the flower of hybrid F 1 inherited pink flower traits with purplish red from \{ G.bickii .\}The meiosis of pollen mother cells of the quardrispecific was abnormal with many univalents and only a few bivalents formed.Chromosome configuration at metaphase Ⅰwas 35.62Ⅰ+6.13Ⅱ+0.39Ⅲ+0.12Ⅳ.In anaphase Ⅰ,chromosome bridge appeared.A large of polyspores were formed in telophaseⅡ,so pollens were sterile.
