摘要
目的 观察心脉隆注射液联合芪参益气滴丸对冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及对左心室功能、血浆B型钠尿肽（BNP）水平的影响.方法 入选临床确诊为冠心病心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例.对照组常规应用基础的抗心力衰竭药物,研究组在此基础上加用心脉隆注射液联合芪参益气滴丸.用药4周后比较治疗前后的药物疗效、血浆BNP水平、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末内径（LVDd）大小及6 min步行试验的距离.结果 治疗4周后研究组总有效率为93.33％,对照组总有效率为73.33％,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组与对照组比较,能更显著提高LVEF值,降低LVDd及血浆BNP水平,并能延长6min步行试验的距离,两组差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 心脉隆注射液联合芪参益气滴丸能显著改善冠心病心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高运动耐力,改善心室重构,降低血浆BNP水平.
Objective To observe the effect of Xinmailong injection combined with Qishen Yiqi Dripping pills on left ventricular function and levels of plasma b-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） in patients with heart failure induced by coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CHD）. Methods 60 patients with heart failure who were diagno- sis coronary artery disease were divided into study group and control group. The threapy efficacy, BNP levels, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVDd） size and with 6 rain walk dis- tance in study group and control group four weeks before and after treatment were compared. Results After four weeks of treatment the effective rate of study group was 93.33%, the effective rate of control group was 73.33%. Eventually statistical analysis test showed statistically difference between study group and control group （P〈0.05）. Among them, LVEF and 6 min walk distance of patients in study group were significantly increased compared with control group （P〈0.05）, LVDd and plasma BNP levels of study group were significantly decreased than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinmailong injection combined with Qishen Yiqi Dripping pills can statistically im- prove cardiac function and exercise tolerance and ventricular remodeling, and while reduce plasma BNP levels in patients with Coronary heart failure.
