摘要
目的观察米力农联合利尿剂治疗慢性肺源性心脏病严重心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法 50例慢性肺源性心脏病合并重症心力衰竭患者,采用自身前后对照法,在常规治疗无效后,给予米力农联合呋塞米等利尿剂。观察治疗前后症状、体征、血压、心率、超声心动参数、B型脑钠肽(BNP)及心功能指标。结果应用米力农联合利尿剂治疗后显效11例,有效35例,无效4例,总有效率92%。米力农同时明显改善左室收缩功能,对血压、心率无不良影响。结论米力农联合利尿剂能有效改善慢性肺源性心脏病严重心力衰竭的心功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of milrinone combined with diuretics in chronic corpulmonale with severe heart failure .Methods Self before-after control method was administered in 50 patients with chronic corpulmonale with severe heart failure .When routine treatment had no effects ,milrinone combined with diuretics like furosemide was given .The symptoms ,signs ,blood pressure ,heart rate ,echo car-diographic parameters and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） ,cardiac function index before and after was observed . Results After application of milrinone and diuretics ,11 cases were markedly effective ,35 cases were effective and 4 cases were non-effective .Total efficacy rate was 92% .Milrinone significantly improved left ventricular systolic dysfunction ,and no conspicuous effect on blood pressure and heart rate was found .Conclusion Milrinone com-bined with diuretics can effectively enhance heart function of chronic corpulmonale with severe heart failure.
