摘要
通过对凝析油的组分进行分析,确定凝析油可能造成中毒的主要危险气体为硫化氢,通过气相色谱测定出凝析油炼制常压塔内瓦斯气体中硫化氢的浓度。假设事故爆炸场景,采用FLUENT软件对事故爆炸状态下硫化氢的浓度进行模拟,根据模拟结果计算硫化氢急性中毒死亡概率和个人风险值,并设计相应的风险减缓措施,为企业事故风险管理提供决策依据。
Due to the special properties of condensate oil,explosive accident might happen in the process of condensate oil refining.Thus,it is necessary to do some research into the acute poisoning risk of the workers around in the explosion so as to improve the capability of the enterprises in preventing and controlling accidents and risks and meanwhile to provide theoretical basis for contingency plan and safety management.By analyzing the components of the condensate oil,it is determined that hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is the possible major dangerous gas which has toxic effects.Through gas chromatography,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the condensate oil refining atmospheric tower is measured.The explosion scene of the accident is assumed and the FLUENT software is applied to simulate the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in explosive accident.Based on the simulation results,the death probability and individual risk value caused by acute poisoning are calculated.And according to the calculation results,corresponding measures to mitigate the risks are designed,which provides decision-making reference for the management of accident and risk in the enterprises.
