摘要
液态烃储罐作为石油化工生产的必要组成部分,其安全地位尤为重要,因多数液态烃罐区储罐数目较多,相对危害比较集中,火灾爆炸威力较大,为避免火灾爆炸事故发生,结合以往储罐发生的事故,从人员操作、设备本身进行危险因素辨识,并提出具体的安全对策,对储罐的安全运行具有一定的指导意义。
As a necessary component in the production of petrochemical industry,the safety of liquid hydrocarbon oil storage tank is particularly important. In most liquid hydrocarbon oil storage tank areas,the number of tanks is relatively large,the hazard is comparatively concentrated and the power of fire and explosion is mighty. With previous storage tank accidents taken into consideration,identifying risk factors from operating personnel,the equipment itself and putting forward concrete safety countermeasures to avoid fire and explosion accident may provide guidance for the safe operation of storage tanks.
