摘要
现代石化生产具有易燃、易爆、易中毒、高温、高压、有腐蚀等特点,潜在危险性巨大。随着石化行业的迅速发展,为保证石化生产系统的安全,必须对装置进行风险评估。危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析是国际上公认的可行的风险评估方法,尤其适用于石化系统。介绍了HAZOP分析方法的由来及国内外应用现状、工作流程,阐述了HAZOP分析方法在催化重整装置中的应用。根据分析结果,有效地识别催化重整装置运行过程中存在的风险,并提出了降低风险的措施和建议。
Modern petrochemical production is highly flammable,explosive,easy poisoning,corrosive with high temperature,high pressure and so on.And the potential risks are huge.With the fast development of petrochemical industry,risk assessment of equipment is strongly needed for the safety of the production system.Hazard and Operability(HAZOP) Analysis is an internationally recognized and feasible risk assessment method which is especially fit for petrochemical system.This paper introduces the origin of HAZOP Analysis,its present application and working process at home and abroad.It expatiates on the application of HAZOP method in catalytic reforming unit.According to the analytic results,the risks existing in the operating process of catalytic reforming unit can be identified effectively.The paper also puts forward some measures and suggestions for reducing risks.
