摘要
危险与可操作性分析是分析系统可靠性的一种有效方法,在流程工业中被广泛应用。该文介绍了HAZOP从提出至现在的发展历程,并根据其发展特点分为三个阶段:人工阶段,逻辑化计算机辅助阶段和智能化计算机辅助阶段。人工阶段费时费力,但它是计算机辅助HAZOP分析的基础;逻辑化计算机辅助阶段的特点是从形式上辅助人工进行HA鄄ZOP分析,可以减轻人工分析的工作量;智能化计算机辅助阶段的特点是可以进行智能化推理,人的精力可以集中在难于实现自动化的方面。特别介绍了智能化阶段基于SDG的HAZOP分析,由于其省时、省力、完备性好、推理深度高等众多优点而成为计算机辅助HAZOP分析的一个重要分支。
HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis)is one of the useful methods to analyze the reliability of the system.It is widely used in the process industries.This paper introduces the course of HAZOP development from its putting forward to now.And it can be divided into three stages based on its feature:the manual stage,the logical computer-aided stage and the intelligent computer-aided stage.At the manual stage it is time consuming and strenuous.But it is the basis of computer-aided HAZOP analysis;At the logical computer-aided stage,the feature is that it assists HAZOP analysis formally;At the intelligent stage it can reason intelligently,thereby freeing the team to focus on more complex aspects of the analysis that can not be automated.The SDG-based HAZOP is especially introduced in this work.Because of the virtue of time saving,labor saving,high completeness and high reasoning depth,it has become an important branch of computer-aided HAZOP analysis.
