公招考试对二级公立医院儿科招聘护士的影响调查及对策分析

摘要 目的探讨公招考试对二级公立医院儿科招聘护士的影响及应对对策。方法2012年9月1-31日采用问卷调查方式了解重庆市开县二级公立医院儿科聘用护士情况,共114人。调查内容包括受试者一般情况、工作环境、工作氛围、薪酬待遇、职业压力、压力来源、公招意向以及对公招考试的认识等方面。结果有50.O%(57/114)受访者表示近期会参加公招考试。86.8%(99/114)受访者表示参加公招考试的目的是让自己的工作变得稳定;57.9%(66/114)受访者表示期望通过公招考试来提高待遇。结论二级公立医院儿科护理团队稳定性面临严峻挑战。医院管理者需要完善儿科护理招聘人员的相关管理制度,认真做到人性化的管理并加强医院文化建设。 Objective To investigate the influence and countermeasure of the public recruit examination on pediatric nurses in second-class public hospitals. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to 114 pediatric recruit nurses in second- class public hospitals September 1-31,2012 to comprehend the employment status of nures. The survey covered subjects in gen- eral, work environments, work atmosphere, remuneration, occupational stress, pressure sources, intention and understanding of the public recruit examination and other aspects. Results 50.0% of the respondents (57/114) would take part in the public recruit ex amination in the near future. 86.8% of the respondents (99/114) wanted to make their job becomes stable by it, and 57.9% (66/114) expected to improve treatments correspondingly. Conclusion The stability of the pediatric nurse team in second-class public hospitals encounters serious challenges. Hospital managers need to adjust the policy to pediatric nurses, act more measures hu- manly and strengthen the construction of hospital culture.
