摘要
为使铝在电解液中充分稳定的放电,使电池热量较好散失,通过Solidworks、Fluent软件建模和仿真分析,设计了电解液循环式电池单体的进液结构,并由仿真实验验证了该进液结构的供液效果。结果表明该结构提高了较大型电池单体内部流场的均匀性,消除了局部涡流现象,可以满足电解液在电池内部整体流动的要求。
In order to stabilize the reaction and dissipate heat of the Aluminum-air cell, a feedflow structure for electrolyte-circulating Aluminum-air cell was designed. Good effect in feeding of electrolyte was proved in the simulation, according to model and simulate with soft of Solidworks and Fluent. The results indicate that the uniformity in the flow-field of cell with large size is promoted, the phenomenon of partial turbulence is avoided, and the requirements that electrolyte flows overall inside battery can be met.
