摘要 大功率铝空气电池作为目前金属空气电池的研究热点之一,其箱体结构设计的实用、可靠和安全更有利于其在电动汽车和军事作战等领域的广泛应用。介绍了大功率铝空气电池的工作原理、系统组成,从尺寸和外形、加工工艺方面详细介绍了电池堆结构设计,指出其采用基于机械可充和电解液循环的特性条件下设计铝空气电池箱体结构,使电池能够在更换铝阳极的方法下持续供电,并通过电解液循环维持电池放电的稳定性,实现了使用的安全性和可靠性。 The research of aluminum air fuel cell is one of research focus for current metal air bat tery, in which the structure design of fuel cell box with practical applicability, reliability and safe- ty will facilitate its wide application in fields such as electric vehicles, and military combat etc. The working principle, system composition are introduced in this paper. And from the aspect of dimension, shape and processing technics, the structure design of the aluminum air fuel cell stack is introduced in detail. It is pointed out that, considering mechanical charge and the characteris tics of the electrolyte circulation,the designed structure of aluminum air fuel cell stack is to ena ble it to continuously supply power while replacing the aluminum anode, and to maintain dischar ging stability of the battery through the electrolyte circulation, so that the reliability and safety in applying is realized.
