摘要
目的:观察并分析输尿管结石患者治疗中经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床疗效。方法:对笔者所在医院近三年来收治的82例输尿管结石患者的临床资料做回顾性分析,并探究其临床治疗效果。结果:经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗后82例患者中共有78例患者单次碎石成功,成功率高达95.1%。患者未出现黏膜撕脱等症状,且术后3个月内患者的结石全部排净。结论:经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术对于输尿管结石治疗效果较好,且治疗过程较为安全,患者术中无严重并发症发生,应将这种方法加以推广和实践。
Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteroscopy in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi.Method：Clinical data of 82 cases with ureteral calculi in nearly three years in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and its clinical therapeutic effect were explored.Result：After treatment with holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteroscopy,a total of 78 patients in 82 patients were successful in single gravel,and the success rate was 95.1%.Patients did not appear the symptom such as mucosa avulsion,and the stones of patients were ruled out clearly after three months.Conclusion：The treatment effect of holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteroscopy in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi is good,and the treatment process is more safer,and patients have no serious complications,and this method should be worthy of promoting and practicing.
