摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与开放手术在输尿管结石中的临床效果对比。方法:采集本院2011年9月-2012年12月收治的输尿管结石病例共100例,平均分为碎石术手术组和开放手术组,碎石术手术组采用通过输尿管镜下进行钬激光碎石术治疗。开放手术组则运用传统手术方法,进行取石。观察两组临床效果。结果:碎石术手术组取石成功率为100%,优于开放手术组的82%,同时无并发症发生,碎石术手术组各方面数据对比均优于开放手术组。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石临床效果较好,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of transureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and open surgery in the treatment of ureteral stone.Method：100 ureteral stone cases of our hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 were divided equally into lithotripsy group and open surgery group,the lithotripsy group adopted transureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy while the open surgery group applied traditional surgery to remove the ureteral stone.The clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed. Result：The rate of stone removalof lithotripsy group（100%） was superior to 82%of open surgery,without complications,every indicator in the lithotripsy group was better than those in the open surgery group.Conclusion：Transureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is more effective in treating ureteral stone and worth popularizing in clinic.
