聚乙烯醇亲和磁性载体的吸附性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过氧化法以聚乙烯醇 (PVA)为包埋材料制备较强磁响应性的纳米级磁流体 ,进一步交联、还原制备了具有核 -壳结构的微米级磁性载体 ,偶联色素配基辛巴蓝 (Cibacron Blue3GA)得到了一种新型亲和磁性载体 .分别以牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)和溶菌酶 (L yso)为目标蛋白 ,考察了该亲和磁性载体的吸附性能 ,并用 L angmuir吸附模型来描述亲和磁性载体对牛血清白蛋白和溶菌酶的吸附情况 . A novel magnetic support with a strong magnetic response under a permanent magnetic field that was prepared by oxidization precipitation with poly(vinyl alcohol)as an entrapment material.It had a core-shell structure with an acerage diameter of 16.2μm.Cibacron blue 3GA (CB) was used as a reactive dye coupled to the magnetic supports for affinity adsorption of proteins.Bovine serum albumin (BSA)and lusozyme were chosen as target proteins to test the adsorption properties of the magnetic affinity supports.The adsorption of BSA and lysozyme to the magnetic affinity supports was described by the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
