摘要
分析了目前我国城市老人居住环境中存在的不安全因素 ,借鉴美国、日本等国的经验 ,并针对我国老年居住环境的实际情况和老年人的心理、生理特征 ,提出改善老年人安居环境的措施 .从住宅的内部功能、空间环境及细节安排以及管理角度 ,探索在老年居住环境中建立必要的安全设施问题 .
This paper analyzes the factors existing in the dwelling environment of Chinese cities because these factors may be dangerous to the old people.According to the actual situation of the dwielling environment in China,especially the old people’s psychological and physiological charactaristics,as well as the experiences of American and Japanese scholars,the establishment of secure facilities for the old people is explored from the aspects of indoor functions of houses,spatial environmnt,detail design,and administration.
