基于单点虚拟振动功率的发动机转速测量方法 被引量:9

摘要 针对目前普遍采用的发动机转速测量方法欠缺操作简便性和普遍适用性的问题,提出一种基于发动机附体(包括外壳及其延伸部分)振动特性的转速测量方法。采用振动传感器将发动机附体振动信号转换为电压信号,由该电压信号计算振动传感器安装点所对应的单点虚拟振动功率,进而根据以先验实验数据拟合的转速-单点虚拟振动功率对应关系即可实现转速测量。为了滤除环境干扰和转速动态变化导致的高频噪声,引入了PD指数因子自适应惯性滤波。开展了某游艇发动机转速测量的实艇实验,最大测量误差小于3%,结果表明所提出的发动机转速测量方法合理有效、实施简单,对稳态及动态转速的测量均适用,测量精度满足发动机转速日常监测要求。 Aiming at the problem that present commonly used methods for engine revolution speed measurement lack convenient operability and general applicability,a method for engine revolution speed measurement based on vibration performance of the appendages (including the enclosure and its extensions) is presented.A vibration sensor is adopted to convert the vibration signal of the appendage to voltage signal; and from the voltage signal,the singlepoint virtual vibration power (SPVVP)and the spwp is calculated corresponding to the position where the vibration sensor is fixed.After the SPVVP is measured,utilizing the previously fitted corresponding relation between the revolution speed and the SPVVP,the revolution speed could be obtained.To filter the high-frequency noise caused by the environment disturbance and the dynamical changing of the revolution speed,a PD exponential factor adaptive inertial filter is introduced.Experiments on the corresponding relation fitting and engine revolution speed measurement of a certain yacht were performed,the maximum error is less than 3% ; the experiment results manifest that the proposed engine revolution speed measurement method is rational,effective and simple,achieves satisfying precision for both static and dynamical revolution speed measurement,and can be applied to practical engineering
