摘要
介绍一种基于发动机气缸振动信号测量转速的方法。通过采集发动机气缸内部混合气燃烧时的振动信号,利用Labwindows/CVI软件对信号进行频谱分析、低通滤波,结合发动机的振动源以及发动机振动与转速之间的关系,得出发动机的转速。试验证明,此测试方法具有较高的精度。
This paper discussed a method to measure the engine speed by analyzing the engine cylinder vibration signal.By sampling the vibration signal produced by the burning gas in engine cylinder,then using the software of LabWindows/CVI to process the signal through frequency spectrum analysis and low-pass filter,combining the vibration source and the relationship between engine vibration and engine speed,we can get the speed of the engine.After experiment,this engine speed measurement system shows a high precision
