摘要
以均苯四甲酸根阴离子 (PMTA )为桥联配体 ,分别端接 2 ,2’ 联吡啶 (bpy) ;1,10 邻菲洛啉(phen)和 2 ,9 二甲基 1,10 邻菲洛啉 (Me2 phen) ;合成了 3种新的双核铜 (II)配合物 [Cu2 (PMTA) (bpy) 2 ](1) ,[Cu2 (PMAT) (phen) 2 ] (2 )和 [Cu2 (PMTA) (Me2 phen) 2 ] (3) .经元素分析、摩尔电导和磁性的测定以及红外光谱和电子光谱等方法对这些配合物进行了表征 .测定和解析了配合物 (1)的变温磁化率 (4~ 30 0K ) ;研究了这些配合物的生物活性 .结果表明双核配合物中金属离子间存在弱的反铁磁性自旋交换相互作用 ,且 3种双配合物均有一定的抑菌活性 .
Three new binuclear copper(II) complexes [Cu 2(PMTA)(bpy) 2](1), [Cu 2(PMTA)(phen) 2](2) and [Cu 2(PMTA)(Me 2 phen) 2](3), where PMTA denotes tetraanion of pyromellitic acid; bpy, phen and Me 2 phen represent 2, 2' bipyridine, 1, 10 phenanthroline or 2, 9 dimethyl 1, 10 phenanthroline, respectively, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance and magnetic moments at room temperature measurements, IR and electronic spectra studies. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibilities of the complex(1) was measured and analyzed over the range 4~300K, the antibacterial activity of these complexes were also examined. The results have confirmed that there is a very weakly antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction between the two copper(II)ions within the molecules, and the antibacterial activities of all the binuclear complexes are superior to the ligand.
