7-均苯四甲酸根双核铜(II) 配合物的合成、磁性与生物活性 被引量:1

SYNTHESIS, MAGNETISM AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF 7-TETRACARBOXYLATOBENZENE BINUCLEAR COPPER(Ⅱ) COMPLEXES

摘要 合成了三种新的双核铜(II) 配合物[Cu2(PMTA)(en)2] (1) ,[Cu2(PMTA)(pn)2] (2) 和[Cu2(PMTA)(ap)2] (3);其中PMTA代表均苯四甲酸根阴离子;en,ap 和pn 分别表示乙二胺,1 ,2_丙二胺和1,3_丙二胺. 经元素分析、摩尔电导和磁性的测定以及红外光谱和电子光谱等方法对这些配合物进行了表征. 测定和解析了配合物(1)的变温磁化率(4~300K);研究了这些配合物的生物活性,结果表明双核配合物中金属离子间存在弱的反铁磁性自旋交换相互作用,且三种双核配合物均有一定的抑菌活性. Three new binuclear copper(II) complexes [Cu 2(PMTA)(en) 2] (1), [Cu 2(PMTA)(pn) 2] (2) and [Cu 2(PMTA)(ap) 2] (3), where PMTA denotes tetraanion of pyromellitic acid; en, ap and pn represent ethylenediamine, 1,2_diaminopropane and 1,3_diaminopropane, respectively; have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance and magnetic moments at room temperature measurements, IR and electronic spectra studies . The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibilities of the complex (1) was measured and analyzed over the range 4~300K, the antibacterial activities of these complexes were also examined. The results have confirmed that there is a very weakly antiferromagnetic spin_exchange interaction between the two copper(II)ions within each molecule, and the antibacterial activities of all the binuclear complexes are superior to the ligand.
