摘要
目的:探讨电视腹腔镜在输卵管妊娠诊治中的价值。方法:对53例输卵管妊娠患者分别施行镜下输卵管切除的根治性手术及输卵管开窗清除绒毛或病灶注药杀胚的保守性手术,将它们与同期剖腹手术及全身用药杀胚的各30例异位妊娠病例作比较分析。结果:电视腹腔镜对异位妊娠的诊断符合率达100%,手术成功率94.34%,无术时术后并发症。镜下手术较开腹手术明显损伤小,恢复快,术后病率低,镜下保守治疗较全身用药保守治疗副反应轻,血HCG转阴性快。结论:电视腹腔镜诊治异位妊娠有及时、精确、易行,融诊断与治疗于一体的优点。
Objective:To investigate the value of television laparoscopy on tubal prgnancy Methods:Study in 53 oprationson tubal pregnancy with television laparoscopy,of which oviduct was removed and pregnancy subject was cleaned,or,feticide drug was injected on fotus They were compared those with the treatment with laparotomy or bodily medicine in other 30 cases Results:Diagnosis are all correct in 53 cases The rate of successful operation is 94 34% There were neither intraoperation nor post operation complications Operation with television laparoscopy has obviously less damage,faster recovery and lower post operation mobidity than laparotomy Conservative treatment with television laparoscopy has slighter side effect than bodily medical treament And it takes shorter time to convert blood HCG to negative Conciusion:With television laparoscopy,ectopic pregnancy can be diagnosed and treated in a prompt and exact way Ectopic pregnancy is the best indication of operation with television laparoscopy
