摘要
该院1994年9月～1997年4月在电视腹腔镜下对53例输卵管妊娠患者施行手术，其中输卵管切除33例，输卵管内胎物清除6例，病灶处注药杀胚11例，50例在电视腹腔镜下完成手术，手术成功率94．34％，手术时间平均为70．45min，术后平均住院天数4．6d，无术时术后并发症，3例中转开腹，均为输卵管间质部妊娠。该文对电视腹腔镜在异位妊娠诊治的价值及指征进行了讨论。
From September 1994 to April 1997, 53 operations on tubal pregnancy were performed with television laparoscopy in the hospital. The oviduct was removed in 33 cases, the subject was cleaned in six cases,and feticide drugwas injected on focus in 11 cases. Fifty of the 53 operation (94. 34% ) were performed successfully with television laparoscopy. The mean operation time was 70. 45 minutes. The mean post-operative admission time was 4. 6 days. Therewere neither intraoperative nor exoperative complications. Three cases were converted to laparotomy, which were allpregnancy on interstitial portion. This article discusses the diagnostic value and indications of television laparoscopy onectopic pregnancy.
