摘要
目的:研究中药冰糖对药物体内药动学的影响,分析和探讨一些含冰糖成分的中药剂型中冰糖可能起的作用。方法:采用荧光光度法,测定家兔单独口服(灌胃)四环素和合并冰糖口服(灌胃)以后的体内血药浓度及药动学参数的变化。结果:合并使用冰糖,可使家兔体内血清四环素的峰浓度Cmax比单独口服四环素提高6倍,AUC0~8h提高了1.8倍。但对Ka、K影响不大。结论:提示冰糖可显著影响四环素在体内跨膜转运过程。
To investigate the feasible effects of crystal sugar (Bingtang),a Chinese medicine commonly applied in Chinese compound prescription,on the pharmacokinetics of other drugs and,further,to explore or reveal what role or action may crystal sugar play and have in some Chinese compound medicine The present study was carried out to demonstrate the effect of crystal sugar on the plasma concentrations of tetracycline after single oral dosing Tetracycline hydrochloride (0 208 mg/kg BWT) was administered to the rabbits with or coadminis tration of crystal sugar (3 57 mg/kg BWT) by garage (tube feeding) Tetracycline plasma concentrations were determined by fluorophotometric method and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated for the comparison The results demonstrated that coadministration of crystal sugar could increase tetracycline plasma peak concentration by six times;the AUC 0~8 h by three times to that of the control Although Ka and K value was slightly decreased and increased,respectively,the T max was unchanged,This indicates that crystal sugar enhances the absorption of tetracycline from i g tract,and hence increases it bioavailbility
