摘要
目的:观察消渴平合剂对早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:将90例早期DN患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,两组均用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服消渴平合剂治疗,疗程12周。观察两组患者治疗前后24 h蛋白尿、血脂、血清VEGF水平变化。结果:治疗组24h尿蛋白较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),血清VEGF水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05),VEGF水平与尿蛋白呈正相关。结论:消渴平合剂可减少早期DN患者的尿蛋白排泄,降低血清VEGF表达水平,可能是其保护肾功能的主要作用机制之一。
Objective ： To observe the influence of treatment and the effect of Xiaokeping mixture on vascular endotheli- al growth factor（VEGF） in patients with early diabetic nephropathy（EDN）. Methods ：Ninety patients with EDN were ran- domly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group. Two groups received routine western treatment. The treatment group was treated with Xiaokeping mixture based on the therapy of the control group for 12 weeks. The 24 h proteinuria, blood lipid and the levels of VEGF before and after treatment were observed. Results ： The plasma levels of VEGF and 24 h proteinuria in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the result in treat- ment group was more effective than that in the control groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. VEGF was positively correlated with the urine protein. Conclusion：Xiaokeping mixture can reduce UAER and degrade the VEGF levels, and thus improve renal function of EDN patients, which is one of possible mechanism of Xiaokeping mixture protecting the renal function.
