摘要
目的观察胶原贴敷料在治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎(FCAD)中的疗效。方法随机将76例FCAD患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组口服润燥止痒胶囊,外涂他克莫司软膏;治疗组加用胶原贴辅料。疗程均为8周,观察疗效及记录不良反应。结果治疗组治疗有效率为73.68%,对照组治疗有效率为52.63%,两组治疗差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶原贴敷料治疗FCAD效果理想,无不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of collagen dressing in the treatment of facial corticosteroid adictive dermatitis（FCAD）. Methods 76 cases patients of FCAD were divided into two groups,treating groups was treated with collagen dressing,Runzaozhiyang capsules and Tacrolimus ointmen,while the control groups was treated with Runzaozhiyang capsules and Tacrolimus ointmen. All the patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results The effective rate of treating groups was 73.68%, while control group was 52.63%.The difference of effective rate in two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Collagen dressing is an effective and safe method in treatment of FCAD.
