摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机、有效对照法对80例激素依赖性皮炎患者进行了的临床观察。治疗组40例每日外用乙氧苯柳氨软膏,口服复方甘草酸苷片,对照组40例每日外用乙氧苯柳氨软膏,口服依巴斯汀片。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为80.00%和57.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎具有较好的疗效和安全性。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin on patients with facial hormone dependence dermatitis. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients were treated with compound glycyrrhizin and elofesalamide ointment, another 40 patients were treated with ebastine and elofesalamide ointment. Results The effective rate was 80.00% in treatment group and 57.50% in the control group . There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin is a safe and effective treatment option for the patients with facial hormone dependence dermatitis.
