摘要
针对火炸药烘干系统的温度控制要求,采用传统PID控制技术控制系统中的水温,可以满足控制要求,但对风温系统来讲,适应性差,超调量大,稳定性低,控制效果不够理想。采用自适应模糊PID控制技术控制风温,可以实现PID参数自整定,提高控制精度、系统稳定性。现场试验表明:自适应模糊PID控制方法自适应性强,能够使烘干温度保持恒定,满足火炸药烘干温度控制的要求。
Aiming at temperature control requirement of explosive drying system,traditional PID control technology is applied to control water temperature of system,which can satisfy control requirements,but for wind temperature system,poor adaptability,large amount of overshoot,low stability and control effect is not ideal.Using adaptive fuzzy PID control technology to control wind temperature can realize PID parameters self-tuning and improve control precision and system stability.Field experiment shows that adaptive fuzzy PID control method has strong adaptability,and can make drying temperature constant,and can satisfy the requirements of explosive drying temperature control.
