摘要
目的探讨阴道超声探头经腹壁探查在输尿管第二狭窄处结石中的应用。方法可疑输尿管第二狭窄处结石,常规腹部探头检查显示不清者,改用阴道超声探头检查。结果基本可清晰显示扩张之输尿管及内结石的大小、形态。结论阴道超声探头经腹壁探查用于输尿管第二狭窄处结石的诊断,快速、准确、清晰,具有很好的实用价值。
Objective Discussion on the application on the second stonesis of the ureter by vaginal ultrasonic probe over abdominal wall. Methods Vaginal ultrasonic probe is used instead if normal ultra-sonic examination displays unclear results on suspicious ureteral stones of the second stenosis. Results Vaginal ultrasonic probe clearly shows the size and morphology of the urethral dilation and its stenosis. Conclusion Vaginal probe examination over abdominal wall is applied to diagnosis of ureteral stones of the second stenosis rapidly, accurately, clearly and has high practical values.
