摘要
目的 探讨合理选择大肠癌的化疗给药途径 ,以提高大肠癌的手术疗效。方法 选择治疗大肠癌的化疗途径 :(1)静脉滴注全身化疗 ;(2 )胸腔化疗 ;(3)腹腔化疗 ;(4 )区域性主动脉化疗 ;(5 )门静脉化疗。结果 结合临床病例 ,使用每一种给药方法均可获得一定疗效。结论 必须重视大肠癌的术中、术后化疗 ,合理运用多种给药途径化疗 ,以迄对预防和治疗大肠癌的局部复发与转移将会得到进一步提高。
Objective To explore the rational selection of administration approach to chemotherapy for colorectal cancer to increase the operative efficacy of colorectal cancer. Methods The approaches to chemotherapy for colorectal cancer were selected: chemotherapy through venous infusion, chemotherapy through gut, intraperitoneal chemotherapy, chemotherapy through local artery or chemotherapy through portal vein. Results Clinically, the therapeutic effects to some extent could be obtained by using each administration. Conclusions Perioperative and postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer should be emphasized to prevent and treat local recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
