耕牛轮牧对控制草洲感染性钉螺效果的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探索耕牛轮牧对控制草洲感染性钉螺的效果。方法 选择鄱阳湖中、重度疫区进贤县的军山湖乡为实验区 ,将该乡草洲划分为耕牛放牧区和禁牧区 ,每隔 1年两区轮换 ,耕牛进入放牧区前普治 1次。同时 ,选择三里乡丰富行政村为对照区 ,耕牛敞放于草洲 ,每年普治 1次。结果 实施安全轮牧的 9块有螺草洲中 ,试前 3块无感染螺 ,试后连续 2年亦未发现感染螺 ;试前 6块有感染螺的草洲 ,试后 2年 4块草洲感染性钉螺逐年下降到 0 ,另外 2块距村较近的草洲仍有感染螺 ,感染螺草洲面积下降了 84.90 % ,耕牛感染率亦下降 81.11%。对照区 6块草洲 ,试后 2年感染螺面积下降 2 0 .83% ,感染螺面积占有螺草洲面积的 71.6 0 % ,耕牛感染率下降不显著。结论 草洲耕牛实施轮牧能有效地控制感染性钉螺密度 ,但离村较近草洲耕牛难以实施禁牧 ,感染螺密度得不到有效的控制。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of infected snail control in marshland by rotation grazing cattle. Methods Middle and serious endemic areas in Junshanhu Town in Poyang Lake region were selected as experimental areas. The marshlands were divided into grazing areas and forbidden grazing areas. The two areas were rotated grazing once a year. The cattle took mass chemotherapy once before going to the grazing areas. Another town near the experimental areas was selected as control area. The cattle in this control town grazed freely in marshland and took mass chemotherapy once a year. Results [WT5”BZ]Among the 9 units of marshland, no infected snail was found out in 2 years after experiment in 3 units of marshland where there were no infected snails before experiment. Among other 6 units of marshland with infected snails before experiment, the infected snails reduced gradually to 0 in 4 units 2 years after experiment. However, there were still infected snail in 2 units of marshland near village, but grassland area with infected snails declined 84 90% and cattle infection rate reduced 81 11%. In control area, infected snail areas reduced 20 83%. The proportion of infected snail areas was 71 60% in the whole marshland areas with snails. The reduction of cattle infection rate was not obvious. Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Cattle rotated grazing in marshland could control infected snail density effectively. However, in marshlands near villages, it is difficult to forbid grazing and the infected snails could not be controlled effectively.
